Default TCC sensor??????

Hey guys I have a problem maybe someone can help me out on this one. Yesterday I was driving down the road and check engine light came on. As soon as the light came on the transmission started to mess up[:@][:@], like waiting too long to shift. From 1st it would take forever to shift to 2nd, after about 1 to 2 sec in 2nd it would go to 3rd and it would never go to 4th. Since the check engine light was one, I took the car to an Autozone. After they plugged the computer to it, the guy told me that it was a TCC(Torque Convertor Clutch)sensor. This morning I called my local Honda dealer (those dumb asses don’t know their head from their ***), and they said that they don’t know what a TCC sensor is. Honda told me that it sound like is the Shift solenoid. Well what do you guy think about this? Is there such thing as a TCC sensor or is it the Shift Solenoid? Thanks in advance.

and they said that they don’t know what a TCC sensor is.
That's because there is no such animal. There is a tcc solenoid, call honda and ask about that, I bet they've heard of it.

P0740 and shift problems usually equals the need for a new transmission.

Hondas been doing pretty good with their reman transmissions lately. The price came way down too. And you get a warranty on em.
