Default Timing and balancer Belt Tensioner

Hello,
I have searched and found all my answes except anything regarding the tensioners. Do these need to be replaced? I know that on the Eclipse, these must be replaced. On the Honda they look totally different. Mine still look in good condition but wanted to see if you all had to replace your at time you changed the belts or is it not necesary? I am replaceing the water pump, Balancer Belt and Timing Belt... Anything else?
Please let me know
All input is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

If they're not bad you can reuse em. Spin em to check for noise or a rough feel. Check them for leaks too.
