Can you elaborate: "The "Ig Coil" fuse spot shows a draw but there was no fuse in the spot"?
How did you determine this?
I would start by measuring the draw at the battery (with the key off). Many cheap multimeters go up to 10 amps, that will do. Generally, one hooks up the amp meter and pulls fuses one at a time looking for a change in the current.
Your "Ig coil fuse" comment confuses me, however.
