Default 05 Accord Electrical Issues

My battery on my Honda Accord 05 has been dying because there is some sort of draw on it when it is parked. I charged the battery and then even replaced the battery with a new one and it still acts as if the battery is dead...slow crank then the clicking sound. The issue of the draw is puzzling...The "Ig Coil" fuse spot shows a draw but there was no fuse in the spot.

Can you elaborate: "The "Ig Coil" fuse spot shows a draw but there was no fuse in the spot"?

How did you determine this?

I would start by measuring the draw at the battery (with the key off). Many cheap multimeters go up to 10 amps, that will do. Generally, one hooks up the amp meter and pulls fuses one at a time looking for a change in the current.

Your "Ig coil fuse" comment confuses me, however.
