The green stuff from the parts store will work; but I know that the new honda blue does in fact have a better heat dissapation property.

I lowered the head temp on my Yota pickup 10 degrees by draining flushing and putting in the new honda blue stuff. But I had a couple gallons free. [sm=happy046.gif]

The side of the head was reading right at 220 degrees at full temp idling for 20 min.
Dropped to 210 under the same conditions after the change of coolant.

I noticed when I had my car get a coolant flush a few months ago that the engine seemed to be running cooler just by noticing where the temp gauge was. It still seems that way. I agree with hondadude that the Honda blue stuff is good stuff.
