Default 1991 honda accord slow acceleration.

hi guys, just bought a 1991 honda accord a month ago. first problem was the seatbelt chime stayed on. i read on here somewhere un hook the green connector from the tcm under the passenger seat. beeping noise stop.

now the problem is slow take off when i make a stop. could it be the tcm going out? is it because i unplug the green connector to stop the seatbelt chime. thanks....
