Wiper motor won't stop
New member here,
Have a '94 Accord LX 4 door, I bought 2 years ago. Love the car, and as most of America, have become a do-it-yourself car mechanic. However, after purchasing a different ('97 wiper motor), and installing it, then removing it because it was the same problem, reinstalled the "original" one. The quick fix of course, remove the fuse, and when its raining put it back in. [:@] But thats getting old.
Went to Largo Honda, and there was a car with similar problems, of which the guy had incurred over $500 in repairs, including a new wiper motor, and some wiring issues.
So, can anyone help, or lead me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance.

RE: Wiper motor won't stop
brayner is correct. In the DIY forum, the ACC 5th gen.... post has a link to a site with a 94 shop manual in pdf form. It is split up into chapters.
The connector for the wiper switch is blue and only has half of the wires filling the plug. It is behind the change holder under the steering column. Unplug that and do the tests on the combination switch using a voltmeter as described in the shop manual.

RE: Wiper motor won't stop
Thanks for the heads up!
Printed out the pages needed, but looks like my do-it-yourself skills have a limit. Intimidating schematics . I am in Homestead, an avid fisherman, and a printer. If you live down this way and repair honda's , I print for the marine artist Guy Harvey, barter?
