So I did as was recommended and I watched the engine/tranny as my friend put the car into reverse from park on a cold start and the engine itself jerked a little bit backwards... I'm assuming that's a mount issue.

Any ideas how much that should cost me to have it fixed pending it's just one or two mounts?

 

"Sounds" like the front mount but hard to tell.

As far as prices I can't even begine to guess. I'd have a shop verify that it is the mount(s) and get a quote.

Mine is a 2000 Honda Accord SE V4 with 150k miles.
The car jerks when moved from Parking to reverse, Reverse to Forward and gears do not upshift easily for sometime - especially when the engine is still warming up. After operating for a few minutes, the problems are not that noticeable. I had taken the car to a trustable mechanic who identified issues with the front engine mount radiator side (which showed signs of cracking in rubber). But, the problem is still there after the replacement of the front engine mount. After a week of driving, I also got a code P0700 & P0740 (Torque Convertor Solenoid Circuit Open) which has not comeback after I reset. Since then I have driven another 150 miles so far. The car continues to jerk when its cold. Any suggestions on this issue.

 

Sounds like your issue is "inside" the trans.

When was the last time the trans fluid was changed? Might not help but is considered regular maintenance.
