Default 2003 Accord power drivers seat back issue

The seat back doesn't move forward or backward and is in a rather upright position. Seat moves back and forth fine and can hear motor going when holding seat back adjusting switch.
What's going on here, is something off track/out of whack, or is something broken, and can it be repaired easily/fairly easily?
Thanks!

You would almost have to unbolt the seat and lean the seat back to see if the motor is actually spinning or if the problem is the mechanism. You'll also have to see how easy it would be to access the motor/mechanism to replace/repair.

Yeah, I was figuring as much, but hoping maybe something I could reach up under the seat and do something.
Oh well, he's not to worried about it, mess around with it towards fall after humidity drops.
