1999 2.3 throwing p0300 p0304 p1399 codes
Let me start from the beginning as far as the symptoms. It first threw the codes one night when i was driving one night on the highway going about 70mph. First thing i did was change the Bosch plugs and wires to ngk. Second i cleaned the egr valve thoroughly. Next, I read a post on here that said it was the distributor. ....not that. Last thing i did was clean the injectors and the fuelrail thoroughly. After all this, the car will start fine and idle fine cold, but as soon as it heats up,it starts to drive rough and want to turn off. On the highway at about 70mph the car rides fine.

Occasionally missing can be caused by excessively loose valves. They will seal cold, but warm up to miss. Check/adjust valves to spec.
Another potential source of missing; leaking head gasket as engine warms (any stead loss of coolant or steamy white exhaust?);
It might help to look at key Obd2 values; Long Term Fuel Trim (LTFT), intake air temp, coolant temp, etc. A good obd2 scanner will supply these values. This may show some trend that is leading to missing.
good luck

No, alternator does not cause missing and battery is strong enough to start car.
Then obd2 scan info becomes more important since problem begins when warmup is complete (closed loop operation begins).

So I talked to another mechanic about my problem and he said to flip the injectors and see if it still throws the same codes,and it did. So I was told it could be the injectors sending unit in the computer which means I need another ecu. My question is can I get a computer that from the junk yard from the same year and engine model of my car, or will it need to be flashed

There is an immobilizer code for your car that will prevent operation w/ a donor PCM unless you also have the key for that PCM. You can tape donor key to your key and PCM will recognize immobilizer code from donor key and enable start.
Otherwise system will have to be reset w/ an immobilizer code for your key. I suspect that will require Honda Service assistance.
