6cd changer wiring diagram needed
I bought a second hand 02 plate honda accord but the wiring for the 6cd changer is corroded where the cable from the front connects to cable from cd changer in boot...
I had to cut it the connection and now have all the wires cut back ready to connect but dont have a clue which wire connects to which...
any help or wiring diagrames please...

So you are saying you shopped out the 14 pin connector just before the changer unit?
You didn't notice the wire colors were different?
I'm not sure there is an actual schematic of that connector because it is accessory wiring.
I'll search connectors and see what I can find.
By any chance did you save the connector? Maybe try to figure it out from that?

Hi, The wiring was well corroded and wires had all fused. I did take a note of where the wires went but wired it up and nothing.
There seems to be a green wire coming from the head unit but no green wire from cd changer.
Also a red wire from cd changer but no red wire form head unit.
There was a black wire soldered to the casing of the connector. It was a round connector with 7 pins round the edge and 1 in the middle.
There was a small green wire connected to the casing too.
Its a Bose system tape with 6 cd. I think the previous owner swapped out the cd unit for the tape and 6cd.
My last accord exec on an 52 plate had a single cd and bose.
Would be good to get the unit working. They also installed a type v steering wheel with audio remote. But the audio remote buttons aren't working. Are these not to do with the sat nav unit as only these seem to have audio controls on the wheel.

So your 6cd changer is in the trunk? Are you in the US?
You can order a new cable for ~$60. These may only work on US accords, I am not sure.
You may be able to find one at a junkyard or on Ebay.
The 2-door part number is 08B11-S82-101
The 4-door part number is 08B11-S84-101
