91' accord cooling fans don't turn on
My accord fans don't turn on at all after I replaced the condenser fan. When I turn the AC on non of them come on, before the radiator fan came on, that was when the condenser fan was bad. I was expecting both to turn on.
-To diagnose this ive put 12 volts to both fans, they both work fine.
-I've jumped the fan switch near the thermostate housing with a wire, non of them came on.
-I've switched the power window fuse with the fan fuse in the underhood fuse box, the windows still work which means the fuse is good.
-I tested the power to the plug going to the fans, it was supposed to say 12 volts but it said 0.
I suspect it is the fan relays that are bad, however I do not know how to test them. There was a rain storm yesterday, that may have something to do with it.
I hope someone can give me some advice.
Thank you.

When you jumped the switch on the t-stat housing...LOWER hose connection, was the key on?
Jump thermo b, on the housing where the upper hose connects, with the key off. Does one, yes one, of the fans come on?
In the under hood fuse panel, there is the cooling fan relay....swap it with the power window relay and re-test.

- I already swapped the window relay with the fan relay in the fuse box under the hood.
I ordered these for 12$ from ebay, maybe they will work. That guide is very good but it confuses me when it talks about all the wiring stuff.

Okay. I jumped the switch on the thermostate housing with the key on and both fans came on. Is that thermo switch A? I had never tested that one before, I was just testing the one on the cylinder head and on the pipe in front of the engine. I thought those were the ones to test for.
So what does that mean? Am I good?
According to the manual the one and only symptom of fans not coming on with AC on is that the AC is malufunctioning,
How to fix the AC now?

AC system is good.
Fan "circuit is good". Looking like thermo a is bad....the switch in/on the t-stat housing where the lower hose connects.
If you turn the engine on with everything hooked back up, let it run and watch the temp gauge and listen for the fans. If the temp gauge gets to just above 1/2 and the fans do not come on....Replace thermo a.
If you had a temp reader, thermo a should make the fans come on when it gets to ~196.
