if you pulled the main fuse and it dropped to normal draw,,.02 amps ,,,,,Now you need to remove every single fuse from both fuse boxes 1 at a time to isolate the drain ,..

Let me review what we did today.

We have a steady 0.12 amp drain with the car shut down and all doors closed.

Pull the primary (not the "main" fuse) on the underhood fusebox. It is labeled 70 amps. Drain becomes 0.00 amps. Reinstall.

Pull the ignition fuse on the underhood fusebox. It is labeled 50 amps. Drain becomes 0.02 amps. Reinstall.

Pull all other fuses and relays in the two fuseboxes (one underhood and one on the left wall by the driver's feet). This was done one at a time. The only change was a drop to 0.10 amps when we pulled the fuse labeled interior.

In fact, we did not pull the "main fuse" which exists in back of the instrument panel. Sorry for the terminology confusion. The issue seems to be in the wiring coming out of the ignition fuse. What is included in this package?

The ignition switch powers a bunch of different items. You may want to unplug the ignition switch and see if the car keeps drawing amps. It plugs into the under dash fuse box, see pic for location.

Certain items like the clock and stereo will draw battery power. Not sure what amps they would draw, but that may be the 0.2 amp drop you saw when you pulled an interior fuse.

I'll check mine later to see what my car pulls with the key off.

Seems like clock & stereo would be more like the 0.02A (20 mA) rather than 0.2A (200mA).
