92 Accord CEL Code 6, Hard Start

92 Accord CEL Code 6, Hard Start
My 92 accord blew the heater hose that goes from the head to the heater control valve last week. I replaced the hose and broke the coolant temp sensor under the distributor and the control valve in the process. Replaced both of those too, filled with coolant and bled the air out. Now, when the car is cold, it is very hard starting. Once it does start, it runs fine but throws a code 6 and the D4 light continuously flashes. I have bled it a few more times but still the same issue. Code 6 is a coolant temp sensor but not sure which one, the one I replaced or the one on the inlet side? Thoughts?

Code 6 refers to the ECT sensor under the distributor. In this link, near the middle of the link, there is an image showing the TW sensor (which is the ECT sensor). Make sure the connector and wiring is okay too.
