Default 97 V6 oil leak

I have a 1997 EX V6 Sedan and oil is leaking from around the passenger side area of the engine. It is a fairly quick drip and I was wondering if there was a common leak for this engine. I read the DIY and the 2.7 doesn't seem to have much written about it. I looked in the general area, but there is so much oil. Any assistance is appreciated.

They have a number of places they tend to leak. Time to pull ot the flashlight and get to looking. Quick, steady dripps are usually pressurized, i'd check the filter and sender first, and go from there.

Yeah, with that kind of a drip and at that location, I suspect that it is being pushed out by pressure. Also given that the massive leak just sprung up out of nowhere and without any signs. I haven't changed the oil in a few months or done any other service work recently. One good thing about high gas prices is that I don't drive as much anymore. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find an engine breakdown/diagram for the 2.7 V6. I was able to find plenty for the 5th gen 4 cylinder, but not much for that engine. None of the parts stores around here have a shop manual in stock for the 5th generation of the Accord.

Thanks for any assistance,

Shawn

Ah, I finally found one. I forgot that engine was originally in the first gen Acura Legend. For the most part, the engine diagrams the same.
