Default 94 Honda Accord crank pulley come loose with the nut tight

Got a 94 Honda Accord with a 4 cylinder engine in it , today all the belts flew off - started checking it out and the crank pulley was wobbling bad - the bolt holding it on is tight , but the crank pulley hole seems wore - i guess i need a new pulley ??? Is this a common problem on these ???

It's not too common; but, the crank pulley aka harmonic balancer pulley does sometimes needs to be replaced. It has rubber dampening material near the center of the pulley. Some people think it's all metal; but, it's not. It just looks like it's all metal because it is black.

When I use to have a 1995 Accord, the crank pulley started going bad and I had to replace it. On mines the wobble caused the pulley to start cutting into the plastic timing belt cover. That was many years ago.

I saw someone replace their motor because of that. They insisted that the end of the crank was bad.

The hole for the crankshaft? It's just a hole. Is the square key (#24) missing?
