2 mos chasing ac blowing hot air. After driving 10mi ac start blowing hot air and at idle no water from evap drain plug. After unplugging 3 times removed evap funky and dirty i replaced evap and TXV and yes TXV is a little noisy. This was 1 of 2 problems . After fix ac worked good for couple days then started blowing hot air again. This time noticed ac clutch not turning and wide clutch gap. When removing compressor clutch plate fell off. belt was holding it on. Replaced compressor and dryer vacuumed system and recharged now blowing ice cold air

Did the 10mm bolt on the clutch fall out of the compressor?

What is TXV?

 

Yes bolt came out . txv= thermo expansion valve its on the other side of evap. I will try to find pic ..
