Are you getting any codes/CEL on?

Did these issues start beofre or after the work was done to the car?

Re-check the codes, just to be sure a new one has not come up.

I have heard a couple of mechanics (Ericthecarguy being one of them) say to use the plugs recommended by Honda (NGK or Denso) and OEM wires. I use NGKs. At $2 each or less, they're cheap enough to just replace at the recommended interval, although I have regapped them and run them beyond 30k miles without issue.

Is it running rich or misfiring? Are the wires seated all the way on the plugs?

Here is my .02 I just went through this with my 95 accord for inspection. I had to many hydro carbons to pass and had a rough idle. My recomendation and how i fixed the issue with my accord was A. NGK sparkplugs and B. I did not see anywhere where you changed your air filter or if you have a reusable filter clean it. I went from My idle being ruff and hydro carbons running 280ppm to smooth idle and hydro carbons going to 145ppm. This fixed my issue good luck.
