Default 95 Accord EX engine cutting out when driving

I have a 95 Accord Wagon EX VTEC 2.2l with 194K (im 2nd owner, car unmolested adult owned all its life) that recently, couple weeks ago, started cutting out when driving. Would not restart right away but sometime when it did tack bouncing all over or not moving when car running. When key turned to on II pos. fuel pump whines as should, ck eng lite goes out, would crank but not start. No Spark even thou getting 12v to blk/yellow wire on dizzy from ign sw.
Had friend/mechanic diagnos prob a bad dizzy. Replaced it seemed fine then prob returned 2 days ago. When prob occured I swapped out main relay with another, prob persisted. Something strange I heard when prob occured was when key to On Pos II I heard a popping/cracking sound from inside the dizzy. Thought maybe I got a bad one and was still under warranty so I swapped it out and the prob occured the same way with 2nd repl dizzy.
I haveCleaned visible engine grounds to a shine (2 from neg batt and 2 from head to motor mount area). Ckd ignition sw, seems fine, repl it only 2 years ago.
I now stumped. Am I missing something? Can it be the ECM? How can I verify it before repl? Should the Ylw/Gn wire on dizzy have certain voltage from ECM? If so what is the proper procedure. Any input would be very helpful

I dont know a whole lot about the 95 Accord but what I do know is that on older trucks and cars when the ignition coil is going to $#!T the tach will jump around all crazy like prior to burning out all together. You should perhaps look in to that.

The coil on the 1995 EX is inside the distributor, so if he replaced the distributor, the coil would have been replaced.

Yes the Dizzy Was Replaced 2X. I have car running fine in garage now but prob occured earlier but now gone. Very frustrating.

Car just stalled in garage. No Ck engine lite on. Just Park position lite on and Batt & Oil lite on in top left side of gauge panel.

Tried immediately to pull code, jumped 2 pin connector, and the Ck Engine Light Just Remains Lit - No Blinking.

Side NOte - ABS lite on also but I have had issue with that for some time. It blinks once then 8 times

Less than year ago.

PLEASE NOTE - Is is TRUE the CEL should Go OUT or At Least Blink when Checking for Codes on OBD1 Cars like my 95 Accord EX? What is the meaning if the CEL JUST REMAINS Lit when Checkin Codes?

From page 11-19 of the FSM:
Note: If the SCS Short Connector is connected and there are no DTCs stored in the ECM, the MIL will stay on.
...although the flow chart isn't that clear, indicating that a solid ON or solid OFF indicates a bad ECU, which is my experience with a bad ECU, although mine is OBD2.
