Default Radiator cracked, what make to replace with?

The original radiator on my 95 Accord (with 149,000 miles) has developed a crack on the top. The car overheats at idle and loses coolant. Need your advice about pros and cons of going with Honda Radiator (made by Denso) or an aftermarket one. Honda one is $100 more expensive.

I do plan to keep the car for at least another 100,000 miles, but somehow I don't know if the price difference in the radiator is justifiable. Is the design different? Would it help the engine run cooler? Woykd be quieter, etc..

I appreciate your comments.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already ordered the radiator from Honda.
My mechanics take on this was: well, which one do you want in your car the Honda one or an aftermarket made in China!

By the way , I also plan to repalce the Cap/gasket and hoses while at it, and repalce collant with Honda antifreeze. And never again do anything!!

I would just go with the local parts store, or radiator.com....no great advantage to the Honda OEM unit.

Default Radiator Replace

I've had good results with Modine. Bad with those made in Thailand or wherever.
One Modine was purchsed through NAPA. It developed a leak after 4 years and was replaced without fuss by NAPA.
