In the link I posted....use that to verify the inputs to the realy.

I'm not understanding the "no power at the efi ecu fuse spot"?

Does the clock keep time?

Does the led on the ECU - the ECU is under the drivers seat...you view the led from behind the drivers seat - flash any codes when the key is turned to on/pos II?

so on the fuse box under the dash. there is a efi ecu/starter signal spot and i have no power running through the fuse; so like when i put the test light on the fuse. the light doesnt come on.

also the 2 spots i dont have power to in the main relay is the ground spot and the other spot was the one for the fuel pump.

On the fuse under the dash. With the key on "both sides" of the fuse have no power?

What is the back ground here? Meaning the story of how you got to this point.....just driving along and everything is working fine and the car dies.....

Jump the wires to the relay......verify if voltage is going to the pump by checking at the pump with a test light or volt meter.

Double check all of the fuses under the hood.
