Default i checked for codes.

There is p1259-manufacturer controlled fuel and air metering. And. A emissions code. I had no troubles till I removed the vtec spool valve, I believe it called on the back of the head. And cleaned it with Carb cleaner and replaced the gasket/o ring. Has rubber square type seal with screen in bottom of seal. Only thing I have done latley to it. Has never done this before. What does that valve solenoid do? Thanks!!

P1259 is for a vtec malfunction. That valve uses oil pressure to activate the vtec. This is likely causing your car to run poorly. I suggest checking that you plugged it in correctly and also inspect the pins in case you bent one.

What was the other code?
