could you post a picture of the pulley? i'm having the same problem right now with the pulley for my a/c compressor. i have a 97 however
also if you look at the thread i have posted earlier in this section JimBlake gave me some suggestions that might help you since it sounds as though you're having the same issue

actually what i noticed now.. the squeaking noise only comes when im not stepping on the clutch. when i let go completely from the clutch and i hear it but when i step on the clutch very lightly the noise goes away? what can be the problem? would i need to replace my clutch?

That sounds like it could be the clutch throw-out bearing. It would be good to pinpoint the location of the noise to be sure. Scrap piece of garden hose makes a good poor-man's stethoscope. Just don't get caught up in the spinning stuff...
A squeaky throw-out bearing can last a long time, so no panic. What happens, is that the T-O bearing has very little load when you don't press the clutch pedal. When you press it just a bit, you press the bearing together a bit better & that makes the noise go away. Often it's a rattling noise rather than squeaking.

Well, you should still deal with the wobbling pulley, regardless of the noise. Which pulley is wobbling? Loosen or remove the belt & see if the pulley is loose. If it's not loose, then the important thing is whether the belt-tracks are straight, or if the wobble is just superficial surfaces.
If the noise goes away after you fix the wobbling pulley, then you can BE HAPPY.
