Look at the relay for the fan that is not working. The compressor fan is on the side of the engine bay with the belts. The radiator fan is on the other side. Try to find an identical relay for some unimportant component (something like the power window realy). Swap the relays and see if the each component works.

There are two fan relays. Which fan is not working, the passenger side (a/c condenser fan) or the driver's side (radiator fan)?

The a/c condenser fan relay is not in that fuse box. The relay is near the fuse box. It is a bit below the front pumper, driver's side corner. There are two relays next to each other. The condenser fan relay has a wht, grn, yel/wht, and a blu/yel. The other relay is the a/c compressor relay.

If you switched them, then the compressor fan should work and the compressor itself would not work. That is if the fan relay was bad.

I found the green wire broken underneath the fuse box on the driver side under the hood . the wire is not hot wire, and when i ground the wire the a/c condenser fan works .And it doesn't shut off unless, i turn the ignition off. and the radiator fan don't work. I have to turn the a/c on and then the radiator fan start running.
