Default DRL

Hello,

I have a 2000 Accord SE. I want to make it compliant to Canadian standards. Do you know where can I get DRL modules and how easy it is to fix ?

TIA.

Default RE: DRL

On mine, if I leave the lights on, they will turn off after a few minutes when I turn off the car. If you have this, then you can leave the headlights on all of the time with no modification. Otherwise you can make the modules yourself as all is needed are a couple of relays and fuse holders. Run the power to the lights from the battery through the fuse holders (15A per light should be fine). Trigger the relays with a leed to the accessory power from your radio.

Otherwise, I don't know about OEM DRL modules. Also, my way you will still have to turn on the headlights to use highbeams, but it will give you the DRL's. Good luck!
