99 Accord is different than 94-97

What you'll need to do is remove the top throttle body off of the intake manifold to clear the port where the EGR tube in the intake refeeds the exhaust gasses, and flip the throttle body assy over to clear that port as well

Is the 99 a 4 or 6 cylinder? Please put this info in your signature, so we don't have to ask.

Thanks.

Honda Dude's instructions are the right ones for your car.

A V6 has a completely different setup.
