Error Code P1259 and P1486

Just got my car smog and it failed the Functional check test because it had 2 error code P1259 and P1486. Any Idea where to start looking for possible source of these codes?

# 3, come back to the DIY section . at the top there is a post on OBD codes, open it up, click on the link scroll down to obd2 codes , and you will find your answers
