Default f22 timing

im about to do a head swap so im going to have to do this, but it would be nice if someone did a write up on how to timr the head to the block properly, thanks

Same as timing belt installation. Download the 94-97 Accord manual from Online Manuals links in DIY forum for details. Check youtube for videos of the timing belt installation.
