my girlfriend drives an 01 accord. she will drive to a stop, and when she takes off she says it feels like her car is in 4 low...it will hardly go. BUT.. if she comes to a complete stop, puts the transmission in park, THEN drives away, it drives just fine!! fluids level is fine. like what the heck?! anybody?

If you do just a bit of research you would find that the 98-02 Accords have defective transmissions.
Honda extended the warranty on them to 100k or 140k miles IIRC

You can try draining and filling with only genuine Honda Fluid a few times but there is real limited success with that method.

Honda makes great cars but something bad happened with the design for that generation.

You can also take the car to an auto parts store and see if any codes are stored.
