Default FR-L window fuse blown blown but working. 96 accord ex

I kind of feel like I'm in the movie "Big" and I am playing that zoltar game. I was trying to find any clues to help diagnose another problem I am having with misfire and found a blown fuse for the FR-L window. Funny thing is that all of my power windows are working.
Any one know why my window would be working with a fuse blown?

Creative wiring by someone? If you want to pull the switch and see if someone added a jumper wire from one of the other "hot" wires to the front left/drivers wire.

Have more details on the misfire?

I will try and check the switch out soon. May have to wait until my weekend to dig into it very much. I will try and swap O2 sensors tomorrow and see if that does anything for the misfire. I did do a quick check on all the ground wires that I know of and they were all tight.
