Default Fuel filter location

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know the location of the fuel filter on UK 2000 Honda accord 1.8 vtec?
I can't seem to see it under the hood, is that the year Honda stopped using inline filters and just put one in the fuel tank?
Cheers

I think the 98+ accords had the fuel filter in the tank.

True, 1998+ in the USA only have the mesh bag in the tank. I can only assume it's the same in UK, even though it's a different car (Swindon-built?)

Follow the tubing. On our cars, there's a place on the firewall that looks like fittings for a filter but none installed. Just a funny tubing thing that looks like it substitutes into the tubing where a filter would go. I would guess that some parts of the world need filters so that's where it would go.
