Hesitation problem cant figure it out 2004 accord
Ok so this is the problem it has been bugging the hell out of me for about a year. At specfic Rpms roughly from the range of 30 to 40 mph the car will be begin to shake. I can feel the shake in the steering wheel and throughout the car. Ive spoken to numerous mechanics. I have changed the egr valve. So thats not the cause. I have taken them on test drives and tried to duplicate the issue. Sometimes i can and sometimes i cant. If the car begins to shake i can accelerate and it will kick out of the mode. Does anyone have a solution to this issue. Yes ive done an alignment and changed the tires.

Does your check engine light turn on while driving? I would stop by a parts store and have them check for codes regardless. Post the actual code on here. They start with the letter P and have four numbers, like P1234.
How many miles are on the car? How many miles were on the car when the spark plugs were last changed? What brand of spark plugs were used?

Changing an EGR valve doesn't clean the ports.
To determine if it is an engine or suspension type vibration, you need to get rolling along and when the vibration happens put it in neutral and see if the vibration goes away.
An easy test for EGR is to have the car warmed up fully, and then 'power brake' thru 1500-2000 RPM and see if the engine stumbles.

Check engine lighthas never came ever. And i took it over to advanced today and hooked it up and no codes showed up. I've changed my spark plugs recently and the brand is pulse. The ones i had before were this were ngks. The mileage is 171,000. My sister was the previous owner and she bought it new . I tired the the neutral test and once i put it in neutral it just died down and it hesitated for a sec as the rpms died down. In just so frustrated at this issue. Wish you guys lived beside me. Its been doing this since i got the car at 100k.

I have a 2007 Accord sedan, 5 speed manual, with the stuttering during acceleration (2000-2500 rpm). The dealer adviser had also note the axle is most likely the problem. How did you find out? It's just hard for me to believe that would be a mechanical problem instead of an electrical one.
By the way, I just replaced the O2 sensor (CEL came on with the code), and cleaned out the throttle body. What I noticed is that whenever I've done anything, and reset the ECM by pulling the fuse, everything is pretty good the first 20 miles. After 20 miles, the same symptoms come by slowly, and get worse.
Thanks in advance in replying - I know this thread is a couple of years old, but my problem started only 6 months ago (currently less than 70k miles)
