main relay or fuel pump?

Default main relay or fuel pump?

is thier a difference between a fuel pump relay and a main relay on a 1998 accord ex v6 the car wont start, and where is the relays at? i would say under the dash?

Under the dash, driver's side.

Turn the key to 'ON' but don't immediately continue to 'START'. Listen for the fuel pump to run about 2 seconds & then quit.(The fuel pump isn't very loud, soturn off the music & fans.) If the relay clicks on & off, the sound will help you find it. If the pump doesn't run, that would indicate a bad main relay or a bad pump.

Main relay & fuelpump relay are the same thing, sorta...

The 'PGM-FI Main Relay' for the fuel injection system is really 2 relays built together inthe same little housing. One of these is the fuel pump relay. The other switches power to the ECU, injectors, several sensors, etc...
