95 accord ex. it's definitely supposed to have the OBDII port but its not there. I searched for OBDI and the connector under the passenger side and didn't find any of those either. Under the steering wheel there is a sticker that says the OBDII port is located behind the ashtray in the center as it should be... its not.

The car's electrical is a mess. there is an alarm system installed on it that is inactive and im wondering if that has something to do with the missing OBDII and the mess with the electrical.

With all that said what can i do? Why if any reason at all would someone purposely remove the OBDII port from the car without a trace? Is it possible some A/hole used the OBDII wires to install the alarm system? i was trying to smog the car legitly here in CA but i guess that won't be happening without dropping some more hard earned cash on the car.

 

If your 95 is a 4 cylinder, it is OBD I, the blue service check connector is located under the passenger glove box area.

95 V6 had both OBD II port and the blue service check connector.

 

It is definitely a vtec. and a sticker under the dash and other stuff I've read suggest it should have a OBDII. I will double check for the blue connector. But if i don't have any.. what options are there?

 

I use to have a 95 EX 4 cylinder, it is OBD I, not OBD II. Several other moderators on this forum had or still have 94 or 95 Accords.

Look under the glove compartment area, there should be a rectangular plastic blue box, there will be two smaller blue connectors plugged into it. The 3P connector is a Data Link Connector (DLC) which used to hook up a Honda diagnostic tool. The 2P connector is the Service Check Connector (SCS), where you can jump with a wire to retrieve any stored trouble codes.

 

The 1995 Accord V6 was OBD-II compliant (unlike the 95 4 cylinder).

1996 was when the 4 cylinder Accords became OBD-II.
