engine misfire?

Default engine misfire?

i have 98 accord V6. Last week been having trouble with rough idiling at low speed. changed the cap, rotor, plugs and wires and after plugging it into the computer is still reading a misfire in all 6 cylinders. not showing any other codes. is it possible it could be the map sensor without it throwing a code for the map sensor. someone reset the computer to see if that would solve the problem too (unplugging the negative terminal). i am going out of my mind with this! any thought?

Also make sure you are using the right spark plugs for the car and they are gapped right, because using the wrong ones (sometimes not using platinum when needed) will cause that. Or, maybe your wires are in the incorrect order?
