My hand brake light stays on when hand brake is not engaged
I have an 01' accord 4-dr 125,000 miles...and for a while now almost everytime I start my car the hand brake light stays on when my hand brake is not engaged and then randomly turns off while im driving...and this just started today my right turn signal blinks really fast and my left turn signal blinks normally...Does this happen to anybody else? And what can it be?

ok you have 2 different issues
1) There is a switch on the ebrake. You will need to pull the center counsel to get to it. It is shorting out. You can try cleaning it but me I would just cut the wire going to it or pull the connector off of it. It is not needed for anything.
2) you have a blinker bulb out that is why it is flashing fast. Put the blinker on and check out the front and rear, you will see one is not working. Replacing the burned out bulb will fix the problem.

I agree with crispin, you have a turn signal bulb out. That is the way the car warns you that a turn signal bulb is burned out.
I would not cut that switch for the e-brake. Check your brake fluid level. That can cause the e-brake light to turn on. The float may be stuck in there as well.
