Default new guy from upstate ny with AC problem

so I have an 02 accord lx v6 with vtech//I have a feeling that I put in too much Freon because I hear something under my hood turning on and off in the matter of seconds,anyone have a clue on what this could be?i am off tomorrow so I will be working on it

I moved your post to a new thread. Rule: New Problem = New Thread.

If you overcharge, the AC hi/lo pressure switch will reach high pressure cut-off and cycle off. If rapidly cycling, this is likely.

Only solution is to use pressure gauges on both hi and lo sides and correctly set pressure levels. This will require recovery or release of refrigerant. You can't charge correctly w/ lo side gauge only as you have proved.

If you didn't add lubricant, you may need to add this after correcting charge level as lubricant will be lost w/ either release or recovery.

Advise what you intend and some guidance on hi/lo pressures can be provided.
