Default 2018 2.0 Touring - Windshield wiper “courtesy wipe”

Hello

My 2018 Accord does a single courtesy wipe every time I start the vehicle no matter where I have the setting at. In my 2016 F150 this was called a courtesy wipe that was an option that I could turn off.

Can anybody tell me how I can make this stop?

Thank you

I'm not sure if Honda has a reset on the wipers to get to the off position like my first escape work car. Older accords had an electric motor and straight transmission where you set the blades in the off position. Not sure if the 2018 had this same setup.

Also see if there is a setting in the owners manual in the programming.

The wiper setting may be in auto instead of off.
