Exclamation rear brake caliper sticking

the rear brake caliper on the drivers side of my 05 accord is sticking. I took it apart and saw that the rubber peice that goes around the piston wasnt sitting right because one side was hanging out completely so i removed it... now I cant get it back on, also I saw inside that peice and it looks like it was rusty.

could that cause the caliper to stick? Im pretty sure I need a new caliper now but I was wondering what would be a decent price to get a new caliper installed or would it be better to do it myself.

Also when I was looking online for new calipers the calipers where in two forms, semi-loaded and loaded, does anyone know exactly the difference? by looking at them I think loaded comes with new pads and everything while semi-loaded doesnt but Im not sure.

The rubber peice around the piston is the part that I was talking about, half of it was sticking out and it looked like it had rusty grease in it.

If you were able to get to the caliper and do what you did.....changing it yourself wounld be the best option. You'll need to bleed the brakes afterwards.

Yes, loaded calipers come with the pads. The others do not.

If you know how to turn wrenches then you can change this caliper, pretty simple, like poorman said, remember to bleed it afterwards. And pump the pedal a few times make sure the brake pedal has good pressure before you take it out for a test drive.
