Default 91 honda accord owner w/ Speedometer Problem

My name is steven and i just got a 91 honda accord on a trade for my dirt bike and the car had a bad clutch when i parked it so just recently i started fixing it and when i got it all back together and running again i realized my speedometer wasnt working but was working when i parked it so i was wondering if anybody could help me and tell me whats going on with it ?

Speedometer is electronic and ECM and/or TCM will issue a DTC code indicated by flashing Check Engine Light or flashing D4 or Sport light.

See DiY forum for procedure to extract codes, get the code and post.

If CEL or D4/sport are not flashing, there may be a fault w/ the speedometer gauge movement or circuit board on gauge panel.
