Default rear lower shock mount angle is "off"

After a moderate impact to the right rear quarter panel last year, I replaced all of the suspension links and bolts with fresh new ones. I also replaced the knuckle/hub assembly with a good used one I found on eBay from an auto parts dismantler.

I was just under the car yesterday and noticed that the position of the lower shock mount collar on the replaced knuckle is greater than that of the original knuckle on the left side of the car. This puts the mounting bolt at an even greater angle off perpendicular to the mount. And the fact that I have lowered the car 1.2" with Eibach Pro Kit springs increases this angle even further.

Looking up online, the knuckle assembly is a different part between the wagon and non-wagon models:
2 dr: 52111-SV4-C90
4 dr: 52111-SV4-C90
5 dr: 52111-SV4-C60

Is it possible that I have the C60 part for the wagon, which has a great angle to the shock mount?

Thanks. John

You may want to measure the height of the knuckle that wasn't replaced and compare to one you installed on the other side from Ebay.

When I swapped parts I did an eyeball comparison between the two and didn't notice any differences. I missed the angle of the shock mount though. I can certainly check the height again when I get back to the car later today or tomorrow.

As for the shock mount angle, what I am thinking is that I have the knuckle for the wagon, and on the wagon the top shock mount is positioned a bit more forward than on the sedan or coupe. I can't think of any other reason why the mount would be angled more.

And I'm assuming it isn't bent ... these are very beefy cast metal parts ... and that would be a very odd thing to have bent.
