Default Recirculation button light keeps blinking

Hello to you all in HAF, i just notice that the Led light on the recirculation button in my honda accord keeps blinking and then always ON whether the key is in the ignition or not. How do i correct this problem please. My D4 light which just had a blow out, can i replace it with the light bulb from D1. is it possible to achieve this? HONDA ACCORD 1998, 4CYL, AUTO TRANS., 2.3 Lx, Vtec

My wife's car had the same issue with the recirc light flickering. It turned out to be a circuit problem in the heater control circuitboard, so it's likely you'll have to get a heater control that works.

The bulbs in the instrument panel should all be the same, so you should definitely be able to swap the bulb from D1 to D4.
