Remote Starter Install 2008 Honda Accord
I am going to be installing a remote starter in a 2008 Honda Accord. Just wondering if anyone has installed one and had any tips.. I searched for remote starter but no results came up.
Going to be using a Compustar 2BSHLEDS LED 2 Way Keyless Remote Start System with a blade unit bypass..
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Yes, take it to an alarm shop for them to install.
I installed mine and it was a headache and voided the alarms warranty in the end. Your car is still under warranty, Im sure youd void a portion of that as well.

Well, in the back of my Clifford manual it specifically says that if a certified Clifford installer doesnt do the work the warranty is void, they have to print a certificate and everything...

i have all the wiring diagrams that you will need to install it. email me at audionmotionink@aol.com and i will send them to you as i can't post them in the forum for some reason. btw.... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to install an alarm, just someone who is competent and understands basic automotive electricity. also, believe in yourself. i have done alarms for over 15 years but yet only a handful of r/s alarms (cause i hated them with a passion) when i was stiffed by a friend i offered to pay to install my wife's r/s, i decided to do it myself. i told myself i was gonna do it and dammit if i had it done in 2 hours......
