Remove center console

Remove center console
Hey all,
How do I remove the center console in a 99 Accord EX V-6. I have taken out the four screws in the back and also pulled the cup holder and shifter handle. I have also removed the bezel around the gear selector. It still feels anchored. I'm sure there's just another plastic piece to be removed so I can access screws. But, if I don't get it right, I break off tabs and then everything is loose from here on.
Thanks,
Dale

RE: Remove center console
Try hondaautomotiveparts.com, put in your car's particulars & look under 'console' or something like that. It'll probably help to have a parts drawing.
You mighthave to remove the lower panels on either side (under steering column & under glovebox). There's a couple hidden screws there. Also I think you have to pull up the bottom of the storage box for another pair of screws. It's been awhile since it did this...
Then again... I understand there's a Helm manual in the for-sale board...(j/k)

RE: Remove center console
OK so I got bored last night and looked at my Haynes. I read what you already did, so I hope this explains the rest of the procedure. There are 4 screws inside the console itself. I don't know if you meant those were the ones you removed already or not. There are also 4 screws (2 on either side) at the front of the console (past the gear shifter) close to the floor. All must come out to remove the console.
