Ok, so 2 days ago my check engine light came on. The car was acting the same way it usually does. Then this morning while i was driving to work my car would start getting real jumpy when i stopped at lights or signs. I drove it home and called one of my buddies to come look at it. When i tryed to crank, it wouldn't turn over. I went to advance auto parts and the code reader said Camshaft postioning sensor. So apparently my accord has 2 one for intake one for exhaust. I bought the one for intake and put it on but the car is still doing the same thing.

Any ideas? I'm going thru a rough patch and cannot really afford a huge mechanic bill right now.

 

What code did you get? It starts with the letter P and has 4 numbers, like P1234.

 

There 5 different codes dealing with those sensors, & another 4 dealing with the VTEC switch (which is sorta related). Get the error code number.
