Seatbelt Alarm
#2
You can't turn the seatbelt alarm off without putting on your seatbelt or monkeying around with the wiring. I am sure there is a wire that could be cut to stop the alarm from going off, but I do not know which one it is or where it is.
As far as the button on your steering wheel, I do not know the answer to that. I imagine the answer is in the owners manual.
The easiest way to disable the seatbelt alarm without wearing your seatbelt would be to go to a junkyard and cut the buckles off a similar car. when you don't want to wear your seat belt, buckle in the fake one.
The search function at the top of the page is there for a reason. This question has been asked many times and has gotten many responses.
