Soft Brake Pedal Sometimes?

Soft Brake Pedal Sometimes?
Hello All,
You guys were very heplfull last time with my ABS light and such,soI have high hopes of being directed right to the troublespot again. My issue is the car, a1995 Honda Accordruns well and gets great gas MPG, recently I noticed or shall I say felt, the brake pedal trying to escape my foot, once and awhile, although more often now. If I pump the pedal, the pedal comes right back up to the top. When I come up to a stop and apply the brake pedal, it starts to sink to the boards. I have checked fluid level andall good. No leaks on driveway or wheel cylinders can be seen so what can it be? Is it the booster ? perhaps a vacuum leak? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

RE: Soft Brake Pedal Sometimes?
The brake master cylinder likely has internal seals that are failing. The brake fluid bypasses the seal, and you get no pressure to your brakes. Replacing or rebuilding the master cylinder will fix the problem.

It's a fairly simple fix, but yes you will need to fully bleed the brakes. You might as well flush the brake system and put new fluid in while you're at it.
