Default Some little noise in the rear while driving on the highway

Recently I started hearing some roughly hearable but vivid noise while I drive on the highway. It seems like it appeares at speed of 45 and higher, goes off when I hit the breaks (stopping at the traffic light, for example). It comes from under the car, rear right side (where muffler is). It has been second day so I didnt try to take off rear right tire yet. The mileage is almost 70k, I had breaks replaced @ 30 almost two years ago. So what could it be?

Rear disc on these did have an issue. Could be an issue again? I think Honda has an update to the pads or hardware....or both. Pull the tire and inspect the pads. While there look for anything else that might be loose.
