Default Starter cut relay location?

The starter in my Accord fails intermittently and I'm trying to figure out where the problem is.

It seems really trivial, but I can't find the starter cut relay. According to the service manual I have, it should be located in the under-dash fuse/relay box. But when I open the box's cover, I can only find fuses but no relays...

What am I missing here?

Thanks!

If you open the online shop manuals link in the common diy threads on top of the gen tech help forum, there is a link for an 03-06 accord shop manual. The starter relay looks like it is in the fuse box under the dash. It would be the lower right relay in there.

The other option is to check for voltage to the smaller starter signal wire. Since this is intermittent, you may want to wire a test light to the small wire and see if the voltage is missing when the car isn't starting.

Yes, that's where the relay is supposed to be according to the manual, but all I see after removing the box cover are 3 rows of fuses. Could it be that the relay is under the panel above?

BTW, I could not find the shop manual you referenced in your post. Link?
