Default RE: tps

I bought a new tps sensor on Ebay and installed it on my throttle body. You might have to buy the whole throttle body from a junkyard, since the dealership does not sell the tps by itself.

The tps they had listed on there could be used for a lot of hondas. I would look at the list on there to see what donor cars will work with your accord.

Despite what the shop manual says, you can install a tps on a throttle body. You just have to backprobe the connector and tighten it down when the proper base voltage is set (kind of like setting the base timing by rotating a distributor). I think that the base voltage was 0.47. I can give you more detailed instructions if you need them.
